We want you to feel confident before opening your full-size product. That’s why every order comes with a 10 ml tester, allowing you to try the product first.

Try Before You Open

Try the 10 ml tester first while keeping the full-size product completely sealed and unopened.

If you love it and decide to keep your order, the 10 ml tester is yours as a complimentary gift.

If it’s not right for you, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. The full-size product must remain sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note: If you choose to return your order, the 10 ml tester must also be returned with the full package, even if it has been opened or tested.

Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

If the return is due to a technical issue, manufacturing defect, or an issue with the product, you will not be charged the return shipping fee.

For a return to be accepted:

• The full-size product must be sealed and unopened.
• The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
• The 10 ml tester must be returned with the order.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping fees.

The full-size product must remain sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

Important

The 10 ml tester is provided so you can experience the product without opening the full-size package.

If you keep your order, the 10 ml tester becomes your complimentary gift. If you return your order, both the full-size product and the 10 ml tester must be returned together.

Once the full-size product has been opened or used, the order is not eligible for return or exchange.
